This appears to be a poster, or maybe a sheet music edition for “Pauvre Buddy River”, a song by Lee Hazlewood as covered by Gilles Marchal.
The artist name is set in the same composition of Banco as used for many of Marchal’s single record covers at the time. Looking at the song title, it seems like the design studio did not have an example of Banco at hand: all characters are constructed with those found in Marchal’s “wordmark”, or have been replaced by some italic sans serif.
Note the bouncing information, set in cut and pasted Akzidenz-Grotesk or similar. The information about publisher Criterion Music Corporation uses a mix of Futura Condensed and Gill Sans, paired with unidentified initials.

Wow, unbelievable spot on the repurposed glyphs. I never would have noticed that!
The “bouncing information” doesn’t use Akzidenz-Grotesk, but rather two styles of Folio with the alternate R.
Confirmed, and added. Thanks!
