From Wikipedia:
“Ice Cream” is a song by South Korean girl group Blackpink and American singer Selena Gomez. It was released on August 28, 2020, through YG Entertainment and Interscope Records, as the second single from the group’s first Korean-language studio album, The Album (2020). The song was written by Selena Gomez, Teddy, Tommy Brown, Ariana Grande, Victoria Monét, Bekuh Boom, 24, and Steven Franks, while Teddy, Brown, 24 and Franks produced the song. “Ice Cream” is an electropop and bubblegum pop song with elements of trap. Lyrically, the song mainly consists of ice cream-related double entendres.
The title brings together Mamba (W Type Foundry, 2020) – with a dotted lowercase i – for “ICE”, and obliqued Maille (The Paper Town, 2020) for “Cream”. The artist’s names are added in extrabold caps from Gotham (Hoefler & Co., 2002). On the teaser graphics, the release date and the names are shown in another stout face, Seventies (Sproviero Type, 2015). There’s also Cooper Black, the typeface that provided the inspiration for Mamba.
Discogs credits Teddy Park for the creative direction of The Album, with artwork by VBstudio and design by Dami Hwang, Hyo Jin Jeong, Ji Yoon Kwon, Kang Jin Ho, and Park Ji Hyun. It’s unknown whether this team is responsible for the cover and posters for “Ice Cream”, too.

Annonce Regular is the font on the yellow “SELENA GOMEZ” Ice Cream tag by the way!
Good call, thanks! Annonce comes very close, but I don’t think it’s a cigar. For example, in Annonce the middle bar of E is shorter than the others. I believe it’s Druk Wide Heavy.
