Shown in Photo-Lettering’s Alphabet Directions no. 11 (Art Deco) from 1970 in four variants: 6173 (simplified, partly solid), 6170 (partially filled w/ dot pattern), 6171 (partially filled w/ line pattern), and 6172 (all open). Later shown as Green Buzzard (A, B, C, D) and credited to Norman Green [PLINC One Liner 1971]. No lowercase, but numerals and possibly also punctuation.
In 2020, Nolan Pelletier drew an alphabet roughly based on Green Buzzard, extrapolated from the eleven letters of the “DECOTYPE STYLES” sample as shown in PLINC’s Alphabet Thesaurus, volume 3.
