Originally released in early 1974 on the band’s own Moon Records […] Mercury Records re-released the album a little later in the year. […] The logo on the cover was supposed to be red, but a printing error resulted in a pink colour.

For fans who want to recreate the band logo, Harold Lohner’s digital revival Thaleia (middle) is the best option, despite its unconvincing curves. Like in the sample included in Phil’s Photo catalog, its ‘U’ doesn’t have an entry stroke that is present in the metal original (top), in the phototype versions by Photo-Lettering and Berthold, as well as in profonts’ digital Thalia (bottom). Latter is not a satisfactory rendering either, e.g. note the rectified bar in ‘H’ or the weird straight segment in the top of ‘S’.
