According to Discogs, the Torero Band was a “British group of studio musicians, imitating the style of Herb Alpert & the Tijuana Brass, […] led by Alan Moorhouse”.
Keith Davis designed the sleeve for this album with brass interpretations of Christmas carols, using a photograph by Keith Morris – and lots of Neptun. The record was released in 1968 on Music For Pleasure, located in Middlesex, England. Shown here is a pressing by their Australian branch.
