This is the sign above the grandstand entrance at the Greene County Fairgrounds in Waynesburg, PA.
Cooper Black is used with an effect that appears to come directly out of Microsoft Office: The name is set on a curve, with increasingly larger letters towards the center. The line is duplicated in a darker shade of green below, poorly emulating a drop shadow. The gaps between the letter bodies and their shadow give it an amateurish look. The positioning of the type on the sign – with the first and last letter partly covered by the mounting – is rather imprudent, too.
