Plak Condensed & Extra Condensed

This entry is for the schmalfett and extra schmal styles of Plak. Designed by Paul Renner for D. Stempel AG in 1928 [Reichardt/Hoefer]. Made as poster type only, in sizes ranging from 72 to 624pt [Burke]. A Stempel leaflet mentions that Plak was available in sizes up to 40 cicero in wood and from 8 to 20 cicero in synthetic resin.
