An ad that appeared in Life magazine. Reminiscent of Barbara Kruger, but a predecessor, of course. Coincidentally, another Kruger stars in the film (see Alma Kruger credit in lower left).

I wonder if Barbara Kruger had seen this, funny to consider her ripping this off (although I doubt it) with so much scandal around people copying her work.
