This beautifully made Atlas de las Aves Nidificantes de Chile, 2011–2016 (Atlas of Chile’s Nesting Birds, 2011–2016) was a huge effort of the Red de Observadores de Aves y Vida Silvestre de Chile (Chilean Bird & Wildlife Watchers Network) and the Cornell Lab of Ornithology. From the back cover:
It is the product of the efforts of 1,815 people, who uploaded more than 675,000 records between 2011 and 2016. The results include new information for almost all the species that nest in the country, including the expansion of altitudinal ranges for almost half of the species.
The book was published in Chile in 2018, and it was designed by Felipe Cáceres using Chercán (designed by Francisco Gálvez, PampaType) in all main texts, titles, chapter sections and all.
