CODHA, based in Genève, is a housing cooperative founded in 1994. The non-profit cooperative aims to provide self-managed associative housing at lower rents. The signage of the premises is based on a plan and legends system.
The glass, very present overall of the building, has instinctively become the main signage medium. The typography, using ABC Camera throughout, was a revelation for this project. Very specific, it lends itself wonderfully to the transparency of the glazing and responds to the transversality of community cohabitation.
