The mass market paperback editions of Harold Kushner’s bestseller by Avon Books and others feature six stacked lines of ITC Benguiat Condensed Bold, in tightly spaced caps with a shadow effect, arranged on colored stripes, with the word “Bad” highlighted reversed on black. ITC Benguiat is used for everything from the author‘s name and title to the blurbs and the praise on the back cover.
