For the striped design for Fritz Müller Perlwein, Timo Thurner was awarded the AveryDennison special prize and a gold medal at the Pentawards 2010, as well as a Red Dot Award.
Der dicke Fritz (Fat Fritz) is the most recent addition to the Fritz Müller family of sparkling wines. Der dicke Fritz is a co-production by the Appenheim winemaker Jürgen Hofmann and the Munich wine merchant Guido Walter.
