Cycling magazine VeloNews launched a redesign of its print edition and digital presence, starting with the January/February 2019 issue. Art director Heidi Carcella describes the new logo, set in Domaine Display (slightly modified), as “timeless, authoritative, but still fresh.” The system references the technical aspects of cycling with Aglet Slab, making liberal use of the italics’ forward momentum. Warnock andAcumin round out the palette, in both display and text settings.
