As a part of his overview exhibition Taro Izumi. ex in the Museum Tinguely in Basel, artist Taro Izumi and his team drew – and erased – 9,000 point size letters of LL Circular with lead pencil. From the website of the newspaper Bote der Urschweiz (translated):

here and there, explanatory notes can be found on the exhibition path, for example when editing the large exhibition title lettering “Taro Izumi. Ex”. Izumi’s team erased some of the large letters that had been painstakingly applied with lead pencil in order to underline the flow between existence and disappearance. In wide arcs, traces of eraser scraps lead through the spacious exhibition rooms towards a making-of video.
