Clank! was born out of the need of two professionals, the photographer Juan Manuel Macarro and the multidisciplinary space Maant Studio. They wanted to explore new creative fields, to get out of the traditional editorial esquema, exploring all kinds of artistic disciplines.
This issue is dedicated to magic, as an homage to the feeling that creating this magazine produces. Inspired by the grimorios (old magic books) it’s divided in 3 chapters: origin, life and end. The “occult” concept runs through all the content using different resources like UV tints, overlays, gradients, folded pages, and hidden elements.
