Resonate: Thinking Sound and Space
For everyone interested in acoustics and architecture MAAT museum and reSITE brought the world’s best creators of sound spaces and experiences to a one-day international event in Lisbon. The main visual motif of the event became the transformation of a curve of a record of pronouncing the word RESONATE into a 2D / 3D shape. Sound as an illusion of material is the cornerstone of a play in which everyone can record their own sounds and build streets, cities, and entire worlds from the resultant building blocks.
