By introducing ingredients from a diverse range of culinary cultures into his day-to-day cuisine, chef Andoni Luis Aduriz has developed the series Mugaritz Experiences. The products comprising this series fall by affinity into three families: “Specials”, “Seeds” and “Herbals”. — Cosmic
