AG Book, you say? Akzidenz-Grotesk would probably be a more accurate answer here considering how the x-heights are a lot lower in that font compared to the former.
Thanks for catching, this! Definitely Akzidenz-Grotesk. Some designers refer to this typeface as “AG”, and when you enter those letters into the typeface field, AG Book is among the first suggestions. That might have been the cause of this misattribution.
