Another great beer from the Bamberg area. Their restaurant is also excellent, with fine carp dishes. The batter of their baked carp is much thinner than what you usually get in this region so it is not as crispy as others’, but maybe that’s the secret why the fine carp flavour comes out better. Recommended.
