All-caps Friz Quadrata Bold for Heartwork, the fourth studio album by English extreme metal band Carcass. The sculpture depicted in the cover art, Life Support 1993, was designed by H.R. Giger, and is an update of a sculpture he created in the late 1960s.
And, of course, Carcass is not (and never was) a death metal band. They were an early grind-core band in the ’80s, and Hearwork is just some heavier manifestation of hard rock, not even getting close enough to thrash. Heavy Metal the heaviest. The harsher vocals do not make it heavier, and even the vocal style is not death metal at all.

Fake small caps, of course.
But yeah, a great band for its time and place. I’m more a fan of their Swansong album, and maybe the ’80s stuff.

Earache Records = popular music.
