Acid, a gorgeously designed magazine about surfing, has an unconventional typographic palette for its second issue (the headline font changes each issue): Zigzag for headlines and Cooper BT Light for body text. This and the graphic designer’s stripped-down editorial style gives this magazine and its subculture a fresh, unique feel.
