The main idea behind ‘In August Company’ Studio Cookbook is to have a collection of simple, quick and nourishing recipe ideas at hand for people who value their time and energy and want to be productive at work. They have asked young chef Petr Židek and his partner Klára Waldhauserová to help them make a tiny book about studio lunches – just a small guide for them on what to eat while at work.
