Scène Nationale Albi, 2023–2024 season
The 2023–2024 season catalog of the Scène Nationale Albi was designed by Atelier 25, a Paris-based design studio known for its contemporary approach and expertise in creating innovative visual identities. The project benefited from the collaboration of Manon Remy, who brought her artistic vision to the overall design. This 168-page catalog, measuring 16×34 cm, was printed in May 2023 by Chirat in Lyon, a choice that highlights the attention to print quality and detail, which is essential for this type of publication.
The chosen typefaces for the project, BallPill by Benoît Bodhuin and Surt by Blaze Type, played a central role in the catalog’s design. BallPill, with its bold and contemporary character, and Surt, subtler and more refined, complement each other perfectly, giving the project a modern and dynamic feel. These typefaces were carefully chosen to ensure optimal legibility while adding a distinctive graphic style, suited to the cultural universe of the Scène Nationale.
The visual identity for this season was fully designed and adapted by Atelier 25, who also created a series of posters for public display. This visual adaptation ensured consistency across various communication materials, from the printed brochure to the outdoor signage. Atelier 25 is recognized for its ability to combine graphic rigor with creativity and its expertise in large-scale projects. The Scène Nationale Albi, a cultural landmark in the south of France, is committed to offering a diverse program that blends performing arts and cultural initiatives, and this catalog has become a true communication tool for this cultural institution.
