Lemonade is a fun-sized magazine that navigates the complexities of modern life, published by Lemonade Press, a project by Beth Holzer. Beth is a multidisciplinary designer with a background in editorial photography and art direction, interested in digital experiences, publication design, and exploring relationships between analog and digital tools.
The project aims to provoke thought and encourage readers to reconsider their daily practices and their relationship with the larger societal structures that influence everything. Through engaging interviews with designers, artists, and thinkers, each issue delves into the connections between various ideas from both the past and present.
The magazine, printed by CCA Riso Lab, positions itself as a playful disruption in the chaotic system of contemporary life, promoting alternative perspectives on living, being, and perceiving. It invites readers to embrace creativity and individuality, encouraging a break from conventional thinking.
