Store Norske Nora is featured in Vogue Singapore’s October issue. In the launch article they write:
This month’s ‘Community’ issue serves as a testament to the power of representation, bringing together four breakout faces from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam on the cover.
Lensed by Malaysian photographer Nelson Chong, the shoot spotlights models Aslesha (Singapore), Suganya (Malaysia), Clarita (Indonesia), and Tu Anh (Vietnam), styled by Vogue Singapore’s editor-in-chief, Desmond Lim. Drawing inspiration from the supermodel era of the late ’80s and ’90s, the imagery captures graphic, dynamic movements and poses, emphasising a sense of strength and camaraderie.
Store Norske Nora has a variable axis where one can slide individual pieces of letters into each other horizontally. Vogue Singapore uses this feature to mimic the model’s hand gestures holding each other, and to underline the topic of community.
On October 22nd of 2024, Store Norske Nora was released in three additional weights plus a variable version containing all weights and variations.
