This is the 12" single by Japanese singer-songwriter Toshiki Kadomatsu titled “Do You Wanna Dance”. The coupling songs are “It’s Hard To Say Goodbye” (duet with Yurie Kokubu on vocals) and “Fly-By-Day” which is a cover from Anri. The song title at the front cover is set in Filmotype Quiet, and the back cover is set in a solid variant of Governale Tempo.

The English text at the bottom right of the back cover is set in Helvetica, while the published year “1983” is set in Univers. Lastly, the Japanese serif text below is set in an oldstyle (オールドスタイル) variant of Ishii Mincho (石井明朝).
