  1. The sans serif in the middle of the page is very reminiscent of technical lettering (see, for an example, Routed Gothic).

  2. It does look similar. I’d argue that’s mostly due to its light weight. Consequently, there’s no stroke contrast, and one can’t see if the terminals are rounded (as in routed lettering).

    I think it’s one of the typefaces that we have under Light-face Gothics, possibly Bruce’s Gothic No. 4. Added now. This foundry typeface (and/or similar ones) served as the basis for Monotype’s Lining Gothic No. 106 (which came later, and can’t be the typeface used here).
