Fluid Matter is an exploration of the relationship between the human individual and the environment. Both space and its occupants are in constant transformation: our environment is changing and it changes us. At the same time, everything we do – from breathing to building colossal structures – modifies it back. We cannot understand ourselves outside the influence of the space we inhabit.
The book was created as a Bachelor’s thesis project at Elisava, tutored by Rebeca Font.
