The zine Cambiarelaguaanuestrofavor (“Change the water in our favor”) is the first publication of the editorial project “The Observatory of Radical Empathies” and is part of Marianne Hoffmeister’s work “A Study of Beaverness or How (Not) to Be a World-Destroyer”. This publication revolves around the creation process of the Castor typography developed by Patricio González of W Type Foundry. This typography is based on the study of beaver marks on wood, aiming to be a tool for multi-species play and dreams. The zine is set in Fujiwara and was Risograph-printed in a single color.
