Kit Rounded from Darden Studio, designed by Eben Sorkin and Onur Yazıcıgil, is the typeface chosen for the Emirichu website.
Emririchu is the alias of Emily Sim, a South Korean-American artist living in Tokyo. With her anime-style illustrations and animatics, she grew a huge following on social media channels like YouTube and Instagram. On her own website, Emirichu offers accessories, apparel, stationery, and other merch. All text from headlines to menus and product descriptions is rendered in two weights of Kit Rounded, in upright and italic styles.
Kit Rounded was released in late 2023 together with its sharply contoured counterpart, Kit Sans.
