MestresPrincipiants, wich means “Masters & Rookies” in Spanish, is a communicative project and audiovisual series to showcase a generational portrait among those who mark an era in Valencian design and those who aspire to do so from now on. Dialogues to generate frames of connection, through 60-minute conversations.
A graphic is developed that places the conversationalists on the same level, in a position of equality, never confrontation. It is, therefore, about avoiding the designer 1 vs designer 2 formula. The encounters would be treated as a crossing of paths, like a trajectory of intersecting lines where, at some point, a discursive encounter occurs. Concepts such as experience-freshness, digital-analog, and rigidity-exploration converge.
