Bustin’ Surfboardsis a 1963 album by a Californian band called The Tornadoes, which contains several “surf music” songs. At least one of these managed to be used for part of the Pulp Fiction soundtrack.
The typography uses an interlocking face called Filmotype Newton, shown here with its many alternates and ligatures on an uber-bouncy baseline.
