Early version of Burns by Nolan Paparelli shown on a poster series for the Ficciones Typografika project by Erik Brandt. These posters measured 72″×36″ and were installed on December 20, 2017.

Almost a year later in 2018, a series of self-initiated posters featuring this early version of Burns were submitted to the Antwerp Poster Festival. Unfortunately, these were not selected in the competition but it showed more of the lowercase of Burns Black and the extreme weight that was already in development at the time.
