  1. You have to look very closely to see the marginal differences. They are mainly found in the capital letters, while the small caps are more similar, as shown, for example, by the round arch of the capital G of Sackers. In the small caps, however, it is angular in both fonts.

    The U in Engravers is a little flatter, the transitions of the Z in Sackers are slightly broken, the arc of the J in Sackers is rounder, the line in Q in Engravers is steeper, the crossing point of the X in Sackers seems to me to be better adapted due to its asymmetry; and a few more little things at other glyphs.

    I can imagine it was not a deliberate decision. The logo probably came first, and then the other materials were produced by someone who either didn’t get the ID perfectly right, or didn’t have access to the specific font, and hence used something very similar. It’s not like a lot of people would notice! :)
