While Octant comes with a number of nonstandard ligatures (like ‘gg’), the ‘HE’ and ‘OC’ pairs in the wordmark are not included in the font, but were created ad hoc. The ‘L’ is a repurposed ‘Ł’ and the ‘H’ actually is Octant’s ‘Ħ’ — off the shelf, the typeface apparently was not fancy enough.
