Psyche Organic – Milan Supper Club
Psyche Organic, on the occasion of the Milan Design Week 2023, joined Simple Flair, Theatro, and Spazio Fonte by presenting Milan Supper Club, a culinary project born from the union of food, design, and architecture.
A temporary restaurant, in the beating heart of Milan, offered mainly vegetable cuisine. Milan Supper Club recounts the encounter of cultures, flavors, and perfumes, where Psyche Organic marks a common trait to all the dishes presented, combining tradition and innovation thanks to fresh and organic ingredients.
The dinners took place in an evocative setting, enlivening the spaces dedicated to the temporary exhibition of David Chipperfield, on display on the occasion of the recent 2023 Pritzker Prize. Diners shared large convivial tables, encouraging encounters and exchanges.
