  1. It’s a peculiar use of weights: The title appears to feature all five weights of Circular, or even more — the first letters look heavier than the Black, while the title ends in a weight that is lighter than Circular Book (the family has no Light).

  2. …or the classics: Gassners Canton and Aichers Erco logotypes. To be honest: I was so thrilled to see Circular in the wild that I didn’t notice the gradient at all. The minimal contrast between white and lightgrey kind of kills the effect.
