“A Phone Call from God” is “a unique example of religious humor combined with a very meaningful message”, performed by Ray Reeves. The B-side has “6 all time great instrumentals by Nashville’s finest musicians”.
The exclusively typographic cover design by Jim Cole brings together a range of sans serifs. The album title is set in Venus Extrabold Condensed. Originally released in Germany before 1915 as Venus schmal dreiviertelfett, this style was revised at some point to feature an E with vertically cut terminals and a less high-waisted G, as seen here.

The missing font used for some lines actually could be Filmotype Flare.

Flare does, indeed, come close, but it isn’t a match; it’s the Ultrabold Extended weight of Twentieth Century that’s being used here. Here’s a specimen: luc.devroye.org/Barco-Twent…
