Postcard depicting the Dalton Museum in Coffeyville, Kansas. Operated by the Coffeyville Historical Society, it includes memorabilia from the 1892 Dalton Gang raid.
The typeface emulating a pen-written roman is Filmotype Zingo, which was issued sometime between 1955 and 1959.

Apparently Filmotype Zingo has been digitized and I found it on Fontgeek, but for some reason I don’t know how that person find the full glyph set?
Did you visit the typeface page? It has a link to a full glyph set shown in Dan X. Solo’s 100 Calligraphic Alphabets (Dover, 1997). I’ve now added a mention of the digitization, which is also by Solo.
