The exhibition takes a new approach to Paul Cézanne’s œuvre by looking at points of connection between the French master and several important classical Avant-garde artists. This exhibition examines the constructive artistic trends that emerged in the first half of the twentieth century focused on the meeting points between the “newcomers” and Cézanne’s works. The typography tries to reflect this new approach with this new and customised version of Agena Display: it’s named Agena Ana and was commissioned from Coppers and Brasses, featuring different z letters designed by Anagraphic.

Cezanne to Malevich: Arcadia to Abstraction is shown at the Museum of Fine Arts Budapest until 13 February 2022.
