Endurance of Pain is the Power of Being is the debut solo LP by Sophie Du Palais, with – in the artist’s own words – “sinister industrial wave music exploring themes of lust, hedonism, technological obsession & millennial alienation.” It was released in August 2021 on B.F.E. Records.
The dizzying Op Art cover is by Sander Molenaar (a_spectator), who paired heady Eckmannpsych by OH no Type Co. with Glossy Display Extended Regular by Bold Decisions, both in all caps. The blurb on the sticker is set in Colophon’s Space Mono.
