Things Heard & Seen (2021) TV series titles
Main titles for the 2021 Netflix thriller Things Heard & Seen. The sequence is set in all-caps Infini by Sandrine Nugue, making the most of its many discretionary ligatures. In addition, a few diacritical characters like Đ and Ŧ were repurposed to further the stylized look. Other glyphs like the O with dot are custom additions.
Filmograph was thrilled to work with writer/directors Shari Springer Berman and Robert Pulcini on their latest thriller based on the book All Things Cease to Appear by Elizabeth Brundage. Our overall approach was to capture the literary, academic and art historical aesthetic that helps shape the film’s setting, and serves as the foundation for the rising tension between its main characters.
