Artwork for my second album Singularity, and the single track taken from it: “Prologue” – a cosmic orchestral voyage track. Both covers feature two stacked lines of Sharp Sans Display No. 2 used in artist name and release title. The typeface selection was easy in this case, since my music is inspired by late 1970s and early 1980s avant garde electronic music: obviously it was a must to use a typeface that is also inspired by that era.
The artwork presents Sharp Display in its Extrabold variant with the Lubalin Capitals and Ligatures switched on, as an homage to the famous Avant Garde interlocking capital style.
