This line of Beetlejuice merchandise, made by Hasbro, was inspired by the 1988 Tim Burton film Beetlejuice. Featured here are a few items that use typefaces such as Meltdown and Treacherous created by Comicraft and a modified Caslon Antique for the Beetlejuice logo.
Monopoly, Beetlejuice edition. The line of text on top uses ITC Kabel, which is also the basis for the MONOPOLY logo. The two lines of text in the lower corners are set in Meltdown.
Back/bottom of the Monopoly box set, with most text set in Gotham, and Meltdown used for “Contents”.
“Floaty pen” set in Treacherous (the N in “PEN” is a flipped U from Treacherous Curves); use instructions are set in Chiller and the text on the pen itself uses Helvetica.
