Playbill in use for the branding of “Doofenshmirtz Evil Incorporated”, the company of evil scientist Dr. Heinz “Doof” Doofenshmirtz from Disney’s animated TV series Phineas and Ferb. From Wikipedia:

During every introduction of Dr. Doofenshmirtz in the episodes, the audience (and sometimes the characters), hears the ring tone of Doofenshmirtz, typically with the words “Doofenshmirtz Evil Incorporated”, and is almost always sung by a quartet.

The Western-style slab serif appears on the iconic building, in various degrees of stretching, but also elsewhere, including on Dr. D’s dirigible.
