Everyone’s all too aware of Fred Phelps of the Westboro Baptist Church in Topeka, Kansas, and his homophobic picketing of funerals. The Design Ranch studio across the state line in Kansas City, Missouri, has come up with a tongue in cheek 'creative rebranding’ campaign designed to 'de-fang the Fred Phelps message’, as the designer put it in this article from The Kansas City Star.
