The website of Scène – a theatre series, a publication and a platform – works as an archive and pool of francophone theater plays. Filter options allow the user to easily find the complete content. The loud and colorful landing page opens dramatically the scene, the following content area is in black and white, now the texts enter the stage. Three contemporary typefaces with very different characters structure the website clearly and in an elegant way.
Sporting Grotesque (Bretagne) is used for headlines, paired with body text set in Gräbenbach (Camelot). The ‘hard facts’ use GT Pressura Mono (Grilli Type). Design by mischen, with web development by Martin Wecke / Design Code Lab.
