Elizabeth Warren made her formal announcement as a 2020 candidate for U.S. President on February 9, 2019. Warren’s logo is a refined version of Verlag, with work done by H&Co’s Jonathan Hoefler and Sara Soskolne [source]. Hoefler & Co. have been involved in the Obama and Biden campaigns. This was one of the first high-profile uses of Champion Gothic/Knockout follower Ringside. Supporting serif text comes via former H&Co. employee Joshua Darden’s Freight Text. Warren’s campaign was suspended on March 5, 2020.
