The book was illustrated by John G. Walter and originally printed by Gale & Polden Ltd., at their Wellington Press, Aldershot, Hampshire. A 1965 hardcover edition by Panther Publications is amended with “a Soviet View of Combat in Cities.”
The title is shown in two slightly curved lines. The letters appears to be drawn by hand, closely based on Signal, but with a less angular h.
