Belgian pressing of Willie Henderson’s 1974 funk single “Dance Master”, in vocal and instrumental versions, released on Marc Malyster’s Lark label.
The typographic sleeve prominently features Linear, a 1969 Letraset original designed by Fred Lambert, here exclusively in lowercase letters. The uncredited designer carefully applied the rub-down letters so that the stems of h d and t in the three lines of the title align. The three yellow dots lead to the equally circular counter of a. The Lark logo is based on another Letraset classic, Zipper, with an altered K.
